Battle Mountain Raceway reserves the right to, without prior notice, cancel races, change the start time of events, and delay of races. Weather permitting the races will start on time to the best of the teams ability. This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, except that cancelled races are subject to refunds at the face value of the ticket or exchanged for another raceway event equal or lesser value with in a year of the canceled race. This ticket is a revocable license that is personal to the purchaser and may not be assigned, transferred or re-sold. Lost tickets will not be replaced.The holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Battle Mountain Raceway, its affiliates and subsidiaries, are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.
